2. What data we collect

We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. We do not use any third-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. The only personal data we process is the information you choose to send us through the contact form, plus the technical data your browser sends to our host in order to deliver the pages you request.

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter — your name, email address and message (and an optional subject) — are sent by email to Heliomed. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. Before your message is sent, we ask for your explicit consent, and the form is not transmitted unless you give it. We do not use these details for marketing.

4. Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie used is a single, strictly-necessary session cookie, and it is set only when an administrator logs in to manage the site. As a normal visitor, you are not given any non-essential cookies.

5. Fonts

All fonts on this site are self-hosted and served from our own server. We do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any other content-delivery network, so visiting this site does not transfer any data to a third-party font provider.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS (to be confirmed by client/legal review). When you visit, the host processes technical connection data (such as your IP address and request details) as required to deliver the site securely. A data-processing agreement with the host is to be confirmed during legal review.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing.
